Attachment to the Service Order

VOTEROCKIT

VoteRockIt (the “Service”) is a saas based mobile app.  The Service provides client (“Client”) with (i) a downloadable mobile app on Apple App and Google Play stores and (ii) administration dashboard available via web.   

TIER ESCALATION

The Service Tier is determined on total downloads from the Google Play & Apple App Store. Client initially will select a tier level of downloads, each month VoteRockIt Maryland LLC (VRM) reserves the right to evaluate the number of downloads and may elect to move the client to the correct tier level as outlined below and adjust the monthly subscription rate to the price associated with the new Tier.
